Noise Report issued for Planning Approval

Case Study – Lutterworth, Leicestershire

We were commissioned recently to carry out an acoustic assessment in Leicestershire including a noise report, as a requirement and condition of the local planning department. The premises being originally a large dwelling house, had in recent years been used for office use and the purpose of the project was to apply for a change of use to develop a number of residential flats. We are delighted to say that the planning approval was passed  and redevelopment is now under way. We are pleased to have been associated  with this project.
