NoiseAir were contacted by a leading compressor manufacturer based in Staffordshire. We were employed to identify the noise attenuation required to enclose the compressor to an acceptable noise level in order to comply with current requirements of The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 (Noise at Work Regs).
The acoustic booth was manufactured using our lab-tested and endorsed acoustic panel system, which is made up with two layers of steel or aluminium sheets with an added composite layer, providing further mass and a high degree of noise attenuation.
